We fight for the issues that directly affect creators’ ownership, livelihoods, rights, and legacies.

Perpetual Copyright and Generational Wealth
We believe creative works should build unlimited generational wealth, and their ownership should never expire. While our ultimate goal is establishing a system of perpetual protection, the Creators’ Rights Movement actively fights for an immediate extension of current copyright terms as a critical step toward securing permanent ownership for creators and their families. Copyright law must be modernized to permanently protect these assets and keep pace with how creators actually earn a living.
Defending Human Creativity in the AI Era
Only humans can hold a copyright. We fiercely oppose granting copyrights to AI-generated material and fight to protect every creator’s personal rights, safeguarding their work, voice, likeness, and identity from unauthorized exploitation. We actively champion federal legislation like the NO FAKES Act, demanding a future built on human authorship, consent, attribution, and fair compensation.
Demanding Equity in the Streaming Economy
We believe creators deserve a fair opportunity to fully benefit from the value they bring to digital platforms. We actively challenge exploitative corporate streaming models, including content bundling and the pro-rata distribution system, which unfairly dilute payouts and deny creators the true revenue their streams should earn them.
The Creators’ Empowerment Initiative
Rights only matter when creators understand them. Through grassroots initiatives like the Creators’ Tour, we host a free nationwide series of educational panels, live performances, and media sessions while providing actionable resources that equip creators with the exact tools they need to understand their contracts, navigate the industry, and protect and claim full ownership of their intellectual property and digital rights.
