Dear President Barlow,

On behalf of the Creators’ Rights Movement (CRM), I want to sincerely thank you and the 1,400 members of CWA Local 3204 for your official statement of solidarity. We are proud to have your support letter on our Sponsor page.

Labor unions like yours have long paved the way for the protections and respect that workers deserve. Your endorsement validates the importance of our mission, to ensure fair compensation and legacy preservation for artists and innovators. We are honored to stand alongside CWA Local 3204 in the fight for the dignity of craft work and the protection of creative labor.

Our next steps to Copyright Reform Law include CWA joining us in strategic public acknowledgement that all industries of creatives from music to film making, from design to craftsmanship and artisans, from authors and poets to visual artists, songwriters and producers. Thus, our collective voices hold to high esteem, that creative labor is labor and the fight for rights for all is the call of the day. We look to have the CWA voices with us in Congress and amplified in multimedia, that ownership legacy, especially for marginalized communities of creatives is the difference made for generational wealth.

Ending 2025 together, and walking hand-in-hand together into 2026, as we advocate for these essential rights across the country.
