Goldstein is an entertainment industry consultant and the founder of the "Creators' Rights Movement" as well as the former Chief Executive Officer of MoonTown Records & Publishing, Inc., an entertainment company established by multi-platinum record producer Herbert Middleton. He has comprehensive expertise in the entertainment industry, specializing in business development, contract negotiations, artist development, music management, music licensing, television/film project development, and other aspects of the entertainment industry. His clients include recording artists, independent record labels, artist management firms, record producers, independent film producers, entertainment attorneys, and entertainment-related enterprises.

As a passionate defender of creators’ rights, Mr. Goldstein champions copyright law reform and advocates for policies that secure perpetual copyright protection, and fair compensation for artists while fostering innovation. Through his expansive network and visionary leadership, he empowers creators to protect their work and navigate the evolving entertainment business.

Mr. Goldstein’s client relationships include Mims (Capital Records), known for the hits “This Is Why I’m Hot” and “Like This” Charles Wallert, who received a Grammy Award Lifetime Recognition award as a record producer and songwriter. Mr. Wallert (also known as the Singer’s Producer) has produced for many major labels, including Polydor, Warner Bros., and RSO Records, and produced nationally charted records for Cuba Gooding of “The Main Ingredient” 10x Grammy winner George Benson; 6x Grammy winner Dionne Warwick; O. C. Smith, known for “Little Green Apples” and “Brenda” and many other artists. His clients also include reggae producer Kemar “Flava” McGregor, who produced and recorded artists such as Sinead O’Connor, Sizzla, Marcia Griffiths, Beenie Man, Maxi Priest, Wayne Wonder, Luciano, Gyptian, Beres Hammond, and Etana; Herb Middleton, multi-platinum & Grammy nominated producer, songwriter, and arranger for Usher, Mary J. Blige, Faith Evans, SWV, Nas, Will Smith, Al Green, Ann Nesby, Kenny Latimore, Glenn Jones, and Phylis Hyman; Grammy Award-winning songwriter and composer and 4x Grammy-nominated producer Andre Fennell PKA GC (Gates Citizens); 4x Grammy Award-winning mix engineer and record producer James “Bonzai” Caruso; musician, record producer, and former music director for Ashanti, Marvin Floyd; and Canadian action film star and Taekwondo World Champion Amarpal Singh, also known by his stage name Sunny Singh.
