Donald Butler Sr. is a visionary community leader, program developer, public speaker, and advocate from Queens, New York. He brings decades of experience building workforce development, youth mentorship, civic engagement, and culturally driven community programs that create real pathways for education, leadership, and economic opportunity.

As the Founder and CEO of Testimonialink, ADJTV Music Distribution, the Testimonialink Podcast Series, TPS VLOG, and Legacy Civic, Mr. Butler has developed platforms that use media, music, culture, and advocacy to empower underserved communities. His work includes creating mentorship and workforce initiatives, organizing community events, building strategic partnerships, and designing programs that connect people to resources, training, and long-term opportunity.

Through initiatives such as Mentorship Through Music, the Healthcare Workers Appreciation Celebration, and the Legacy Civic Integration Blueprint, Mr. Butler has demonstrated a strong commitment to community impact, youth development, and social progress.
